We are a friendly, family run guest house offering relaxed accommodation in the quiet Lower Meads district of Eastbourne.

We are ideally situated being only 100metres from the beach, just 5 mins walk from the Eastbourne theatres and Devonshire Park, yet only a short walk from the town centre.

All rooms are en-suite with colour TV, full central heating, hospitality tray and free wi-fi access.

Our Rooms

Our 9 guest bedrooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard offering you maximum comfort during your stay.

All rooms have crisp cotton linen, duvets to snuggle under, fluffy towels and fine english made toiletries. There are also spare blankets and pillows too.

Car Parking

There is free unrestricted car parking outside the Cherry Tree and close by.

Access

Due to the style and age of the building we unfortunately do not have a ramped entrance, lift or ground floor bedrooms.
We operate a non-smoking policy throughout The Cherry Tree.
