The residents lounge is an elegant oasis where you can relax in our comfy sofas and soft lighting. There are newspapers and magazines to browse through, books to inspire a lifetime of thought, paintings to dream over, films to catch up on from our video library and an assortment of board games to tempt you.

Our 9 guest bedrooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard offering you maximum comfort during your stay. All rooms have crisp cotton linen, duvets to snuggle under, fluffy towels and fine english made toiletries. There are also spare blankets and pillows too. The 7 double or twin rooms and 2 single all have:

Meals

In our Breakfast Room the atmosphere is relaxed and informal offering both continental and traditional cooking using local produce wherever possible. And yes fresh cherries are available in season!

Our Breakfast Room is open until 9.00am everyday.

Packed lunches are available on request. We do ask for a deposit for the use of our hampers, rugs, picnic chairs and sun umbrellas.

Group buffet lunches are also available for conference delegates by prior arrangement.

We'll be happy to advise you on the stunning variety of restaurants nearby suitable for your evening dinner.
Within a 10 minute walk you can discover a diverse selection ranging from Italian, Chinese, Spanish Tapas, Jazz Bar & Bistro, French as well as traditional Fish & Chip Café and a number of English Real Ale Pubs.

Children

There is a family bedroom available which has a double and single bed as well as a cot. It also has a rocking horse, soft toys and children's videos to keep the little ones amused. There is also high chair facilities in our Breakfast room.

Due to the style and age of the building we unfortunately do not have a ramped entrance, lift or ground floor bedrooms.

• We can arrange champagne, chocolates and flowers to greet you on arrival for that special occasion.
• If you've forgotten your toothbrush or loofah we have toiletries and bathrobes available at a small charge.
• Beach Chairs, Picnic Rugs and Sun Umbrellas are available to hire.
• There's a Boardroom style meeting room for a maximum of 20 delegates or we can cater for small conference "break out " groups
• We can arrange Foot Massage and Reflexology for the keen Walker
• As an agent for Eastbourne's 4 theatres we can book your tickets at no extra charge to you
• We can book day trips to other Sussex attractions with the mini coach picking you up direct from The Cherry Tree Guesthouse
